Your Reflection on this planning,monitoring and evaluation seems to be doubtful and makes me to ask questions. Any way what kind of challenges/problems and progress are you expressing? It would be okey if you can give an example of the problem(s) eg meeting logistic challenges during caring of research on local craft industries and etc...

Last your time frame appear to be too short for the whole exercise. atleast 1-2 weeks is better.
I am optimistic that you meant to address the purpose, objectives of planning, montoring and evaluation and tentatively scheduling the time frame weighing this content of work done.
